Order Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Policy
At Cryo-Dynamics, we’re committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
Important Notice
With medical devices, there are certain restrictions regarding order exchanges and returns. Please review our policies and our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Individual results vary when using cold therapy. Please consult your healthcare provider before purchasing or using medical equipment or supplies.
Cryo-Dynamics does not guarantee that cold therapy products will treat your condition or relieve your symptoms.
All Cryo-Dynamics cold therapy products include a 6-month warranty against defects (see Warranty section below).
Order Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? Time is of essence!
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund minus a 3.5% cancellation fee to cover the credit card processing fee and admin costs. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@cryod.com or call 214-501-8890.
- If your order has shipped, it may be returned following the return policy below.
- Do not refuse delivery of shipped orders — refused shipments are not eligible for refunds.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be new, unopened, and in its original packaging with all instructions included.
- Opened boxes or unsealed cold therapy pad bags cannot be returned.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Return Procedure
- Email support@cryod.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA, tape the RMA label securely to the shipping box.
- Do not write directly on the box. If packaging is defaced, a refund will not be issued.
- We will send you a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds cannot be processed without a valid RMA.
Exchange Policy
We understand mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong wrap size or for the wrong appendage, Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility Requirements:
- All items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Cold therapy pads can only be exchanged if they remain sealed in their original plastic bag.
- Exchanges are note permitted once a pad or product has been opened or used.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Obtain an authorization number before returning any product by emailing support@cryod.com.
- Once approved, follow the instructions provided to complete your exchange.

Warranty Policy
Cryo-Dynamics products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.
If you believe your product is defective:
- Contact support@cryod.com, or
- Call 214-501-8890 for assistance.
Please note:
Cryo-Dynamics reserves the right to deny or limit warranty replacements for products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
